What is the Tracebit Partner Program?

Two tracks: MSSP and MDR providers who deliver Tracebit as a managed service, and resellers who transact it alongside their existing portfolio. Both get a partner rate card, deal registration and technical enablement.

Who is eligible?

Any MSSP, MDR provider, VAR or systems integrator serving organizations that run cloud infrastructure. We are most useful where your customers have engineering teams and AWS, Azure or GCP estates.

What are the program levels?

Authorized, Silver and Gold. Level is determined by committed annual spend and by which delivery responsibilities you take on: tier-one support, deployment, tuning and customer reviews. Deeper margin is earned with cost-to-serve, not granted on request.

How is Tracebit priced for partners?

Per unit against a published rate card: cloud per VM, Kubernetes per node, and workstations, perimeter, CI/CD and identity per employee. Volume bands are earned on each end customer's own footprint. Partners buy at a discount to list determined by their level. Specifics are shared under NDA.

How do you handle deal registration and channel conflict?

Register an opportunity and we protect it for an agreed window. Where a registered deal overlaps our direct pipeline we default to protecting the registering partner.

How long does deployment take?

Most customers are live the same day. Tracebit deploys as infrastructure-as-code, usually via Terraform, with no agents to install and no network changes. Canaries are then managed automatically as the environment changes.

How much operational load does this add to my SOC?

Very little by design. Canaries are silent until touched, so alert volume is low and the true-positive rate is high. Alerts route natively into your SIEM and SOAR, and the full API is available if you want to work them from your own console.

Can I white-label Tracebit?

Yes, for MSSP and MDR partners delivering it as part of a managed service. Talk to us about how far that extends.

Can I test it before selling it?

Yes. Partners get their own tenant to build hands-on familiarity before the first customer deployment.

What if I just want to integrate with Tracebit?
